Julie has been teaching Pilates for 8 years and is comprehensively certified through Balanced Body, and Balanced Body Barre. Her classes are fast paced, challenging, and always upbeat. She was first introduced to Pilates in her College years when looking for ways to overcome back pain and Scoliosis. This led her to the start of her Pilates journey with the Boston Body Pilates Mentoring Program and was under the tutelage of the amazing, Zayna. With her background in dance for 15 years, love for anatomy, and hard work, you’ll expect in her classes to get a challenging workout whether you’ve been taking Pilates for years, or it’s your first class.
