Jill is a Senior Trainer at Boston Body and completed her comprehensive training through Balanced Body. She was drawn to Pilates after being diagnosed with Anxiety. “Pilates completely changed my life. Not only did it change the way I thought but it helped me gain confidence in myself.” Jill started her practice training classically until she moved to Boston and found Boston Body. “It took me a long time to find a fitness routine that I really enjoyed. I started coming to the studio at least 6 days a week!” Jill trained under Master Instructor and Owner Zayna Gold. “Pilates made such a positive impact on my life, I wanted to help someone else feel what Pilates made me feel. I used to be really shy and self-conscious, never wanting to take class in a room with other people, now I teach the classes and I couldn’t love my job more! I really couldn’t imagine my life without Pilates and Boston Body.”
