Athletic Mat is an easy to follow, yet challenging workout that combines traditional Pilates Mat exercises with contemporary variations to create dynamic and vigorous sequences. This class is designed to tone and sculpt all the major muscle groups, and also isolate and activate the minor muscles of the body. Appropriate for all fitness levels with modifications given for each exercise. Optional use of small props (including small ball, hand weights, resistance band, magic circle) may be used to layer.
